About

Hello! I’m Shantelle Estrella

Fertility, Pregnancy & Postpartum Nutrition Consultant

I help women feel empowered, nourished, and confident during the most transformative seasons of their lives. Whether you’re trying to conceive, preparing your body for pregnancy, or navigating postpartum recovery, I’m here to give you the nutrition strategy, support, and clarity you’ve been missing.

My Mission

To simplify nutrition during fertility, pregnancy, and postpartum so women don’t have to struggle with conflicting advice, overwhelm, or guesswork. My goal is to help you feel informed, supported, and energized—so you can nourish yourself and your growing family with confidence.

I believe every woman has the power to overcome her health struggles. By crafting personalized nutrition and supplement protocols tailored to your unique needs, I aim to provide you with the precise support necessary to enhance your fertility and overall well-being. Together, we’ll work towards achieving optimal health and vitality, empowering you to live your life to the fullest.

Why I Do This Work

I’ve seen firsthand how many women are left to figure things out alone, searching the internet for answers while juggling symptoms, fears, and the pressures of doing everything “right.”
I created my practice to change that—to give women individualized, evidence-based guidance and practical tools that actually fit their real lives.

Who I Help

Providers seeking a trusted referral partner for nutrition support

Individuals trying to conceive who want to optimize hormones, cycle health, nutrient intake, and metabolism

Pregnant women needing clarity on what and how much to eat—without restriction or overwhelm

Postpartum moms looking to rebuild their nutritional foundation, support healing, balance their energy, and feel like themselves again

I believe my unique blend of education gives me the ability to offer clients a special approach to improving their health through root-cause wellness. I want to see the big picture and evaluate each individual’s needs and preferences rather than use a one-size-fits-all approach to wellness.

A person’s health is unique to them.

Let us move away from a negative dieting & food mindset and move into a mindset that cultivates love and acceptance for where each of us is at in our own wellness journey.

Let’s work together!

If you’re ready for support that meets you where you are—and helps you get where you want to go—I’d love to connect.

Here are a few tips to support hormonal balance ev Here are a few tips to support hormonal balance every day 🌟

Women who struggle with hormonal dysregulation should not be fasting, especially in the morning. This wreaks havoc on your blood sugar which in turn affects your hormones.

Skipping meals can cause you to feel:

- Cranky
- Fatigue
- Afternoon crash
- Binge eating
- Shaky
- Strong PMS symptoms

Always start your day with a balanced plate before you grab your morning cup.
PCOS stands for Polycystic Ovary Syndrome. It’s a PCOS stands for Polycystic Ovary Syndrome. It’s a common condition that affects how a woman’s ovaries (the organs that release eggs) work.

Despite the name, it doesn’t always mean someone has “cysts” (fluid-filled sacs) on their ovaries—it’s more about how the body makes and balances hormones.

PCOS can make periods irregular and ovulation less predictable.

Since ovulation is the predictor for the release of an egg, this can make getting pregnant harder—but not impossible.

👉 Think of it like this: PCOS is a hormone imbalance that makes it harder for the body’s “monthly cycle clock” to stay on schedule. If the clock isn’t ticking regularly, it can make pregnancy trickier, but not impossible.

With the right lifestyle changes and support, many women with PCOS are able to reduce their symptoms through targeted nutrition and lifestyle changes and improve their fertility outcome. 💛

Berries are one of the top foods I recommend for fertility because they’re nutrient-dense, antioxidant-rich, and supportive of reproductive health. Here’s why they’re especially beneficial:

 🫐 Why Berries Support Fertility

1. High in Antioxidants

 - Berries (like blueberries, strawberries, raspberries, blackberries) are rich in vitamin C, anthocyanins, and quercetin.

 - Antioxidants protect eggs and sperm from oxidative stress, which can damage DNA and lower fertility potential.

2. Reduce Inflammation

 - Chronic inflammation can interfere with ovulation and implantation.

 - The phytonutrients in berries help lower inflammation, supporting a healthier reproductive environment.

3. Support Hormone Balance

 - Their fiber content helps stabilize blood sugar and insulin levels.

 - This is key for women with PCOS or insulin resistance, both of which can impact ovulation.

4. Improve Egg and Sperm Quality

 - Oxidative stress is one of the biggest contributors to poor egg and sperm health.

 - Antioxidant compounds in berries may improve the quality and longevity of reproductive cells.

5. Vitamin & Mineral Support

 - Rich in vitamin C (supports progesterone production and luteal phase health).

 - Manganese and folate in some berries are vital for DNA synthesis and early pregnancy.

6. Gut and Microbiome Health

 - Berries contain prebiotic fibers that feed beneficial gut bacteria.

 - A healthy gut supports estrogen metabolism and overall hormone balance.

👉 Tip: Eating a variety of colorful berries (fresh or frozen) gives you a spectrum of antioxidants and nutrients that work synergistically to support conception.
