What is nutritional therapy?

Nutritional therapy focuses on the foundations of health to create a food-first, root-cause approach to wellness based on your unique needs. This is not a one-size-fits-all approach to health. I believe you should be given the tools and knowledge to change the way you live your life so that you can make lasting changes.

The 6 Foundations of Health

  • Nutrient-dense, whole-foods diet
  • Digestion
  • Blood sugar regulation
  • Fatty Acids
  • Mineral Balance
  • Hydration

We also take into consideration the following:

  • Movement
  • Rest/relaxation
  • How you manage stress
  • Your support system
  • Your barriers to change
Who is your program for?

My Fertility Program is for women looking to optimize their health and wellness in preparation for pregnancy. This program is designed to address the root cause of hormonal imbalances, reproductive struggles, and overall health issues.

This program is for you if:

  • You want to learn about your menstrual cycle
  • You want to learn how to track your cycle (for pregnancy planning or prevention)
  • You experience painful or heavy periods
  • You want support getting off birth control
  • You experience PMS
  • sugar cravings
  • constantly getting sick
  • Fatigue
  • Anxiety/depression
  • Stress
  • And more…
Can I refund my program?

No, there are no refunds for the program. Before purchasing the full 4-month program, clients can book a free discovery call with me to see if we are a good fit. I also require clients to purchase the introductory call separate from the program to give them a chance to see how nutritional therapy works. If you are to become pregnant during the fertility program, we can roll your remaining time into pregnancy support.

1. Eat without distractions

2. Slow down when you eat

3. Listen to your body

4. Practice gratitude

5. Portion with purpose

Sometimes we forget that the meal is about appreciating what God provided for us and the nutrients designed to nourish our bodies. 🙌
There is more to nutrition than just eating health There is more to nutrition than just eating healthy foods, it's also about how you eat those foods and which foods you combine them with.

If you are interested in supporting your hormone balance, it is always important to remember to consume a balanced plate.

What does this look like?

A balanced plate is:

🥑Healthy fats like extra virgin olive oil, coconut oil, avocados, sprouted nuts/seeds

🥩Protein from various meats, eggs, and other animal products

🥔Complex carbs from whole grains and starchy vegetables

🍓Fiber from various fruits, greens, and legumes

Make sure to include a source from each of these food groups to create a balanced plate.
This is one of my favorite recipes I make when I f This is one of my favorite recipes I make when I feel I need a little extra hydration. It’s good for after the gym, when you’re out in the sun, or anytime really, and is great for the kiddos.

Recipe:
- 1 cup or more coconut water not from concentrate. Just measure to your hearts desire.
- juice of 1 large orange
- Juice of 1/2-1 lime depending on the amount coconut water you use
- 1/8 tsp sea salt (for added minerals)
- 1 tsp-1 Tbsp raw honey or maple syrup (if you want more sweet)

Why this recipe works:

🥥 Coconut water is a natural source of potassium, magnesium, and sodium (all the things that are in store bought electrolytes)

🍊 Oranges contain vitamin C and naturally adds flavor

🍯 Raw honey is a great source of minerals, antioxidant, and is a natural sugar

🧂 Sea salt naturally contains minerals (electrolytes)

This recipe can be made in so many different ways. If you choose to do a different flavor, say lemon pineapple, just use the base of this recipe and swap for different fresh juices.

Adding fresh herbs/spices such as rosemary or mint can also be fun.

Ditch the packaged electrolytes and try this instead.

Here are a few tips to support hormonal balance ev Here are a few tips to support hormonal balance every day 🌟

Women who struggle with hormonal dysregulation should not be fasting, especially in the morning. This wreaks havoc on your blood sugar which in turn affects your hormones.

Skipping meals can cause you to feel:

- Cranky
- Fatigue
- Afternoon crash
- Binge eating
- Shaky
- Strong PMS symptoms

Always start your day with a balanced plate before you grab your morning cup.
PCOS stands for Polycystic Ovary Syndrome. It’s a PCOS stands for Polycystic Ovary Syndrome. It’s a common condition that affects how a woman’s ovaries (the organs that release eggs) work.

Despite the name, it doesn’t always mean someone has “cysts” (fluid-filled sacs) on their ovaries—it’s more about how the body makes and balances hormones.

PCOS can make periods irregular and ovulation less predictable.

Since ovulation is the predictor for the release of an egg, this can make getting pregnant harder—but not impossible.

👉 Think of it like this: PCOS is a hormone imbalance that makes it harder for the body’s “monthly cycle clock” to stay on schedule. If the clock isn’t ticking regularly, it can make pregnancy trickier, but not impossible.

With the right lifestyle changes and support, many women with PCOS are able to reduce their symptoms through targeted nutrition and lifestyle changes and improve their fertility outcome. 💛

Berries are one of the top foods I recommend for fertility because they’re nutrient-dense, antioxidant-rich, and supportive of reproductive health. Here’s why they’re especially beneficial:

 🫐 Why Berries Support Fertility

1. High in Antioxidants

 - Berries (like blueberries, strawberries, raspberries, blackberries) are rich in vitamin C, anthocyanins, and quercetin.

 - Antioxidants protect eggs and sperm from oxidative stress, which can damage DNA and lower fertility potential.

2. Reduce Inflammation

 - Chronic inflammation can interfere with ovulation and implantation.

 - The phytonutrients in berries help lower inflammation, supporting a healthier reproductive environment.

3. Support Hormone Balance

 - Their fiber content helps stabilize blood sugar and insulin levels.

 - This is key for women with PCOS or insulin resistance, both of which can impact ovulation.

4. Improve Egg and Sperm Quality

 - Oxidative stress is one of the biggest contributors to poor egg and sperm health.

 - Antioxidant compounds in berries may improve the quality and longevity of reproductive cells.

5. Vitamin & Mineral Support

 - Rich in vitamin C (supports progesterone production and luteal phase health).

 - Manganese and folate in some berries are vital for DNA synthesis and early pregnancy.

6. Gut and Microbiome Health

 - Berries contain prebiotic fibers that feed beneficial gut bacteria.

 - A healthy gut supports estrogen metabolism and overall hormone balance.

👉 Tip: Eating a variety of colorful berries (fresh or frozen) gives you a spectrum of antioxidants and nutrients that work synergistically to support conception.
