Women who struggle with hormonal dysregulation should not be fasting, especially in the morning. This wreaks havoc on your blood sugar which in turn affects your hormones.

Skipping meals can cause you to feel:

- Afternoon crash

PCOS stands for Polycystic Ovary Syndrome. It’s a common condition that affects how a woman’s ovaries (the organs that release eggs) work.

Despite the name, it doesn’t always mean someone has “cysts” (fluid-filled sacs) on their ovaries—it’s more about how the body makes and balances hormones.

PCOS can make periods irregular and ovulation less predictable.

Since ovulation is the predictor for the release of an egg, this can make getting pregnant harder—but not impossible.
